Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Faculty of Architecture, Department of Industrial Design 2013 graduate Dogus Bodamyalizade has won second prize in a prestigious competition entitled "Greendot" with his car design "Magneto Car". Bodamyalizade is the first in TRNC to win a prize from the greendot competition.
Bodamyalizade has also won an award at the "A Design" competition. EMU Industrial Design Department Coordinator Assist Prof. Guita Farivarsadri expressed how proud she is that students are able to grasp the field and create such good projects.
