Giresun University Rector Prof. Dr. Aygün Attar paid a visit to Eastern Mediterranean University as the guest of Eastern Mediterranean University Rectorate.
Rector Prof. Dr. Attar visited EMU Rector Prof. Dr. Abdullah Y. Öztoprak in his office, exchanged information regarding prospective collaborations between the two universities and signed a protocol with EMU.
The protocol signed by the two universities covers academic/scientific collaborations between the two institutions. More specificly, the protocol includes academic staff exchange programs, research assistant exchange programs, joint distance education programs, scholarships for students, joint academic/scientific research projects, short term training programs, organisation of joint conferences, seminars and panels, resource exchange and joint summer school programs.
