Chemistry Doctoral Program (Ph.D., 3,5 - 5 Years)

The student agrees on a dissertation topic with a supervisor among the faculty members of the Chemistry Departments, preferably within the first two semesters. An original work required in the field of study. The dissertation should include an introduction part covering the theory and literature on the topic, an experimental part describing briefly the experimental work carried out, results, discussion part, and a conclusion of the dessertation. In order to defend the thesis, the student must have at least three successful thesis monitoring reports.The dissertation must be defended under oral examination conditions.

PhD Qualifying Exam of Chemistry Department

This is an advanced seminar course that will be given by PhD Students in Chemistry based on their research interest. A PhD student must register this course until the end of the third semester.
