In this course, compound interest and time value of money, defining investment, its importance and types, the necessary data for investment decision, the traditional methods besides the evaluation methods for investment projects such as: average profitability method, payback period method, modified internal rate of return method, net present value, profitability index method, internal rate of return, equivalent annuity method, the comparison between evaluation methods of investment projects, the impact of inflation on investment decisions are instructed.
