Purchasing and Inventory Control Directorate

The Purchasing and Inventory Control Directorate carries out purchasing services in line with the relevant rules and regulations of the University and, at the same time, is responsible for the storage, distribution, inventory control and recording procedures of the purchased goods. The directorate carries out its operations under three units, namely Purchasing Unit, Stock Distribution Unit and Inventory Control Unit.

Purchasing Unit

The Purchasing Unit ensures the provision of the goods and services requested by the relevant units and approved by the Rector's Office in line with the provisions of the '20/2016 Public Procurement Law'.

Inventory Control Unit

The Inventory Control Unit carries out work related with the control and recording of the inventory items.

Stock Distribution Unit

The Stock Distribution Unit ensures the availability and distribution of the goods (e.g. photocopy paper, toner etc...) continuously in demand in our University.
