Fifteen Azerbaijani high school final year students who became successful in a competition organised in their country are taking part in activities aiming to promote both TRNC and EMU.
Invited by EMU and Azerbaijan Cypriot Solidarity Community, Azerbaijani students visited various faculties and units within Eastern Mediterranean University.
A workshop on the technical details of the media industry was also organised for the aforesaid students by EMU TV and Radio EMU director Serkan Şen. During the workshop, students received information on reporting, camera techniques, directorship and radio programming. Following the visit, 2 students from the group expressed their fascination with EMU and enrolled in EMU Communication Faculty.
As part of the program, Azerbaijani students also visited various cities of the TRNC.
