Rector of Zaho University Assist. Prof. Dr. Lazgin A. Jamil, who is currently in the TRNC participating in the International University Council meeting, paid a visit to Eastern Mediterranean University Prof. Dr. Necdet Osam at 11:30 a.m. on 26 October 2015.
During his visit, Assist. Prof. Dr. Jamil expressed his pleasure in visiting EMU and provided information about Zaho University and their collaborations with different universities. Assist. Prof. Dr. Jamil also expressed their wish to establish collaborations with EMU.
Rector Prof. Dr. Osam provided information about EMU and stated that they would be more than happy to establish collaborations, especially in the field of language education, with Zaho University.
Vice Rector for Promotion Prof. Dr. Hasan Amca and Rector’s Coordinator Assist. Prof. Dr. Arif Akkeleş were also present at the meeting at the end of which Prof. Dr. Osam presented Assist. Prof. Dr. Jamil a frame made of Lefkara lace.
