To recognize the functions of visual arts education in mental and emotional aspects, to determine the development level of students according to the graphical development stages, to evaluate children's pictures, to ensure children like visual arts and to enable them to express themselves through art; to apply art activities related to the curriculum within the context of art history, art criticism and aesthetic disciplines; visual, auditory and differentiation in perception, the development of learning and creativity by art.
