Industrial and Organizational Psychology (MGMT339)
The course focuses on methods, practice, research and theories of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. The course covers such human resource functions as analyzing jobs, selecting and training employees, appraising employee performance as well as social and psychological aspects of work including attitudes, behavior and emotions. Both theoretical and practical aspects of Industrial and Organizational Psychology will be emphasized.
