Turkish Constitutional System (PADM206)
The course discusses some of the fields of Turkish positive law administered by Turkish courts and other agencies. Covers the basic institutions; principles and rules of Turkish Law; and the Turkish Legal system; and the basic characteristics and organization of the Turkish State: legislative, executive and judiciary branches of the state.
