EMU Foreign Languages and English Preparatory School to Host an Important Conference
Eastern Mediterranean University Foreign Languages and English Preparatory School (FL & EPS) is finalizing the preparations to host an important conference titled “9th TPLUS & FOCI Joint Event”. Representatives of the professional development and curriculum development units from the universities of Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus will be attending the event commencing with an opening ceremony at Foreign Languages and English Preparatory School on Thursday, at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, 11 May 2017. The conference will continue until 12 May 2017.
In a news release, Director of Foreign Languages and English Preparatory School stated his pride and honor in hosting an important event as such. Putting forth that the preparations for the conference have almost been finalised, Director of the SFL & EPS added that over 30 curriculum, teacher training and professional development professionals from middle schools and institutions of higher education will come together during the conference. The two-day event will host an array of presentations and workshops. On the last day of the event, the conference will finish with a closing panel during which information exchange will take place and collaboration possibilities between institutions will be discussed.
